Yes we have all of the latest and greatest from Cybex, Precor and other leading manufacturers, but Quest steps away from the crowd by virtue of its first class fitness and wellness classes. All classes are included in our memberships, you choose from our three schedules and three venues, Studio One, our Yoga Studio and our saltwater pool.

There are classes for all levels of fitness and experience. Challenge yourself with BODYPUMP our group strength program or embrace the qualities of Yoga and Pilates with PIYO.

Between the two you'll find some great classes that will jump start your fitness experience and take your fitness to the next level. Our pool classes will be a great place to get started if you are new to exercise, have not exercised in several years or are recovering from injury or illness.
