Dynamic Warm-Up Free Demo (5:30 PM - 6:00 PM)
A Dynamic Warm-Up consists of controlled, free-motion body weight movements that allow the rate of oxygen and blood flow to increase gradually. Dynamic Warm-Ups are typically targeted towards athletes but can be beneficial for any level. By incorporating a Dynamic Warm-Up into your pre-workout you will increase active flexibility, increase heart rate and most importantly, prevent injury.
