This 8-week program is unlike any other

In 8 weeks you will:

  • Meet with a Nutrition Counselor to design a personalized meal plan, set realistic goals, identify what motivates you to eat healthy and what obstacles get in the way.
  • Meet with a Fitness Instructor to design the right exercise plan for you and set weekly meetings to discuss progress.
  • Be introduced to the BodyMedia FIT System that will manage your lifestyle--calories burned to exercise and sleep efficiency.
