30 Minute Stretch Class...

Try this class before or after your workout to keep your muscles and joints flexible and reduce your risk of injury. This 30 minute stretch class will guide you through a full stretch routine focusing on proper technique. Please make sure to warm-up at least 5 minutes before class.
