- LIFT FOR LONGEVITY - This small group training will show you how to use free weights, cables, and many other types of strength equipment safely and effectively to build bone density and muscle strength.
- BARRE STRENGTH - This barre class utilizes balance and stability combined with resistance bands to strengthen and tone the body.
EDGE STUDIO CLASSES BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN PERSONAL TRAINING & GROUP FITNESS. EDGE CLASSES DO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL FEE FOR QUEST MEMBERS &ARE AVAILABLE TO NON-MEMBERS TOO.
